Bloatakins "AKA The Bloated or The Swollen Ones"

A race of mammokins that live in the far east. Their lands consist mainly of fertile plains and tropical islands. They are a cursed and blessed race. They are blessed with their ability to learn magic much faster than other races and cursed to have over sized breasts regardless of job or class.

Long time ago plagues and famine ravished the bloatakin lands by the undead curses. Cows rotted in the barns overnight, crops withered, females lost the ability to produce milk. Priests of Kaitlea told the people to stay strong and Kailea would provide as she told the priests.

But the years of hunger and war warped the minds of the starving and tired bloatakins. A short ship ride away was the pacifist elves, they had plenty of food and did not have to worry about the undead. Bloatakin merchants traded few goods their people had to spare for mere wheat and meat. It wasn't enough, in a short time the goods were distributed and consumed. The undead pressed harder and priests kept preaching to keep strong and Kaitlea would provide.

Bloatakin generals asked the elves for help but they had no army or goods they could spare themselves. In an act of desperation bloatakin generals planned to send raiding parties to the defenseless elves. High priests highly disregarded the plan warning the generals that Kaitlea told them not to harass the elves and to fight on. The generals ignored the priests' advice and the will of Kaitlea and sent most of the navy and marines to raid the elves.

The troops quickly stole all of the elves food and killed whoever got in the way, Bloatakin woodcutters massacred the trees. This angered Kaitlea and Ehlonna greatly. Kaitlea decided to postpone her divine help that she promised but Ehlonna wasn't happy with just that. After much debate with the forest goddess they came to a conclusion on the bloatakin punishment.

The bloatakin did not get the divine help for another two years, which banished the undead and brought fertility back to the land and people. Bloatakins were cursed that their children would be small and frail and have breasts of great size that would be and hindrance to them. However she also blessed them with magical milk and a better grasp on learning magic.

Bloatians average height is just around 5  feet tall and typically weigh 90-130 pounds (excluding female breast weight). Bloatians usually have a lithe or wirey figures. Bloatians skin color ranges from light brown to black.

Can Cast Mage's Bra only on your self at will caster level equal to your character level.

Gets an additional level 0-9 spell slot or remembered spell depending on level.

Bloatakin milk can be added to potions with a successful Craft(Alchemy) check DC: 15 to make them last 25% longer.

Breast weight: Each breast will weigh 10d10+40 pounds plus 10d10+40 pounds of dead weight. If your dead weight total is above 90 pounds then you gain the "Extra Jiggly" Feat and if over 115 pounds then you gain "Extremely Jiggly" feat.

Whenever Bloatians' breasts grow from feats or magic add 20% more weight to each breast and add 10% of dead weight. If the spell/feat only adds dead weight then just add 30% more dead weight.
